The role
We are looking for a
Senior Lead Developer
to guide the technical development of our digital platforms and coordinate our development team.
This is a full-time, hybrid position, mostly remote.
You will:
- Define technical architecture and development priorities
- Lead and support the development team
- Review code and ensure quality, security, and scalability
- Develop key features and integrations
- Translate business and educational needs into technical solutions
- Oversee releases, testing, documentation, and external technology providers
Our current stack
- ASP.NET Core MVC
- SQL
- Web API
- JSON
- JavaScript
What you bring
- 7+ years of software development experience
- Strong experience with our current technology stack
- Previous experience as a Lead Developer, Tech Lead, or Software Architect
- Experience with complex web platforms, APIs, databases, and cloud services
- Ability to lead developers while remaining hands-on
- Good understanding of security, performance, testing, and deployment
- Experience with AI applications or LLM integrations is an advantage
- Good command of English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
