Role Description

The Butler is a full-time on-site role based in Griante, supporting the opening of our new Villa. This role is the custodian of the guest experience at its most personal, responsible for ensuring that every guest interaction, from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure, is handled with precision,



warmth and genuine care. The Head Butler leads, briefs and develops the butler team, setting the tone for service delivery across the property and acting as the primary point of contact for all guest needs. Responsibilities include anticipating guest needs and preferences before they are expressed, coordinating food and beverage service closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team for meals, private dining and events, and ensuring all guest-facing areas of the property are impeccably presented and ready for use at all times. The Head Butler also liaises with housekeeping, kitchen and management teams to ensure coordinated, effortless service delivery across departments, and promptly reports any presentation, maintenance or service issues to the Villa Manager with a recommended course of action.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Head Butler, Butler, or in a senior guest service role within luxury hotels,
