What you’ll be doing in practice
:
- You’ll lead your team with leadership and inspiration, and manage the organisation of work, shifts and administrative procedures
- You’ll achieve sales targets by monitoring KPIs and proposing improvements
- You’ll share sales results and product requirements, providing weekly feedback
- You’ll ensure a high-quality customer experience in line with the company’s service model
- You will ensure the shop maintains an impeccable image, supported by the Visual Merchandising department
- You will monitor and optimise the shop’s costs
- You will oversee the receipt, reordering and correct storage of stock
- You will carry out tasks to support online sales
What we’re looking for in you
:
- You have experience as a Store Manager in established retail organisations
- You enjoy working with figures and are performance-driven
- You know how to motivate, engage and lead a team
- You love solving problems and finding solutions
- You are willing to undertake short-term travel for training and to provide support in other shops
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and English

- Level: 3rd to 1st, depending on experience in the role
