The
Product Marketing Team Lead
supports brand-aligned product cost reduction execution across all product categories. These projects must work within Tennant Companies strategy of managing value, reducing overall COGS, cost competitiveness, and our strong reputation for customer service. This role has a dotted line reporting structure to Project Velocity leadership, which will provide specific training and support for the execution of cost out projects.



These can often be cross-functional in nature, and resources will be provided to assist in the projects as needed. (Engineering, Supply Chain, operations, etc.)

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates within region with all product marketing teams as well as other Tiger Team members on projects involving potential cost-out opportunities for Parts & Consumables and equipment operations.
- Utilizes accurate forecasting that reflects the industry, business trends, and potential business in their area to help identify and execute projects that will reduce the COGS. Works with regional product marketing leadership teams to share best practices and cost reductions performed to facilitate implementing cost savings across the network
