Position Summary:

The Traceability Support Officer will assist the activities of coordinating the continuous

implementation of traceability at the field level, port level and back-office.



We are looking for

someone significantly with innovative skills to work on different datasets - cleaning, alignment,

verification, and processing for the traceability team and operations at large. The role will

require constant communication with the field operatives, port team and back office team to

ensure efficient and effective data consistency and accuracy for stakeholders’ usage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Ensure alignment of registered farmers’ data on the SMSi system with corresponding

society, community, and Purchasing Clerk (PC) records on the Empower platform to

maintain data accuracy and consistency.

 Coordinate the preparation, printing, and timely distribution of Society Traceable

Details Reports (STDR) across all program districts to support field operations and

traceability requirements.
