Your Responsibilities
- SAP Variant Configuration (LO‑VC) and support of AVC implementation within SAP S/4HANA
- Responsibility for business models and customer‑oriented solutions within product configuration
- Execution of engineering change management across the product lifecycle according to global standards
- Design and maintenance of components, assemblies and drawings as well as BOM adaptations
- Interface to external and internal Departments like Serial development, Production, Assembly, Hydraulic, Electric, Software, Quality, Service and Supplier

Your Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in SAP variant configuration, product maintenance or engineering environments
- Technical education or university degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (LO‑VC, AVC preferred) and product configuration logic
- Solid know-how in CAD systems, preferably Creo, and BOM handling in SAP
- Structured working style,



strong communication skills and ability to work in international project teams, Fluent Italian and business‑level English, combined with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset
