We're looking for a
Junior AI Creative Engineer
: a curious, hands-on engineer who wants to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, software engineering and digital creativity.
You'll join a multidisciplinary team of strategists, designers and developers, experimenting with the latest AI technologies to build prototypes, applications, content production pipelines and innovative digital experiences.

What you'll do
- Prototype AI-native digital products and experiences.
- Develop web applications and AI-powered tools.
- Build AI agents and automated workflows using modern AI frameworks.
- Experiment with image, video, audio and multimodal generation models.
- Design AI-powered solutions for content production and creative workflows.
- Contribute to innovative experiences for websites, events, exhibitions and immersive installations.
- Research emerging technologies and rapidly transform them into working prototypes.
- Collaborate with designers, strategists and developers to bring innovative ideas to life.
Mandatory requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cinema Engineering (Politecnico di Torino) or an equivalent engineering discipline.
- Strong programming skills in
JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles.
- Passion for Generative AI, Agentic AI and emerging technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Good command of English.
Nice to have
- Personal AI, creative coding or software development projects (GitHub, portfolio or equivalent).
- Familiarity with AI development frameworks and automation platforms (e.g. n8n, LangGraph, OpenAI APIs, Google Gemini
