Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage and support budget of Catalyst and Eurodrone Programs
- Provide Project Management and DMS support for engineering organization
- Develop,



maintain and report relevant KPIs at Systems and Program level; actively work on gaps closure by structured Problem Solving
- Provide a link between Avio Central Operations and Catalyst team
- Develop and implement robust engineering processes, standards, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and product quality
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, global sites, to ensure seamless integration and compliance. Work across Engineering, Program & Finance
- Analyze data, visualize and report results, draw conclusions, and initiate appropriate corrective actions
- Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for Catalyst Product Line
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant aerospace industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
