Organizational Setting
FAO's Logistics Services Division (CSL) supports the organization by ensuring effective and efficient administration and enabling functions. The position is located in the CSL at FAO headquarters in Rome, Italy.
Main Purpose
The Travel Assistant supports the administrative functions of the Travel and Transportation Unit (CSLDT), providing travel support services for the entire work unit. Responsibilities include processing transactions, using corporate travel systems, and ensuring quality and consistency of processes while providing procedural guidance to clients and travel support staff.
