Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tour Operator role based in Vicenza. The Tour Operator coordinates and sells tour packages, including planning itineraries, managing reservations, and arranging transportation, accommodation, and guided activities. The role involves daily communication with travelers to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and deliver high-quality customer service before, during,



and after their trips. The Tour Operator collaborates with local partners and suppliers in Italy, monitors tour logistics, and addresses any issues to ensure a smooth travel experience. The position also includes maintaining accurate booking records, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing ideas to enhance and expand tour offerings.

Qualifications
- Experience in travel & tourism, including knowledge of Italian destinations and cultural attractions
- Skills in organizing guided tours and coordinating on-site activities for individuals and groups
- Strong customer service abilities, with a focus on empathy, clear communication, and problem-solving
- Competence in handling reservations, scheduling, and travel logistics using booking systems or similar tools
- Sales skills, including presenting tour options, upselling services, and meeting booking targets
