In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating international air export shipments, ensuring timely and compliant execution of all operations. You will support CEVA Logistics commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth.

As Air Export Operator your main responsibilities will include:
Shipment management: Collecting and verifying order and shipment information, planning transport (routing),



and optimizing operational executive.
Preparing and managing the necessary documentation (invoices, packing lists, transport documents, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulations.
Monitoring: Overseeing shipments, updating data in the transport management system, and handling communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Invoicing: Validating documentation, managing internal and external invoicing, and sending invoices to customer
Reporting: Preparing operational reports and providing feedback to the manager to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards
Ensuring compliance with applicable company procedures, safety standards, and legal requirements.
Contributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and continuous improvement-oriented work environment

Proven experience in a similar role within logistics and transportation companies.
