We're looking for a Senior Growth Creative Strategist who can also launch, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns. This is more than a Media Buyer or Creative Strategist role—we need someone who can identify opportunities, solve performance issues, and drive revenue growth through strong creative strategy and data-driven advertising.What You'll Do
- Develop winning creative strategies, hooks, and ad concepts
- Research competitors and analyze top-performing ads
- Write high-converting ad copy, video scripts, advertorials, and product pages
- Launch, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns
- Test new creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies
- Improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and overall profitability




- Identify performance issues and implement growth opportunities

Requirements
- Proven experience with Meta Ads
- Strong Creative Strategy and Direct Response Marketing skills
- eCommerce/Dropshipping experience
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on scaling profitable xrdztoy campaigns
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
