We are seeking a passionate and motivated Engineering Manager to lead and grow the Engineering Unit operating in the MedTech domain and specialized in the development of hardware/software solutions and medical devices .
If you have at least 5 years of experience in the MedTech industry and are ready to lead high-performing engineering teams while driving the development of innovative solutions and medical devices, we want to hear from you.
The Engineering Manager is responsible for building and managing a technically excellent team, overseeing resource allocation and capacity planning, and driving the execution of projects from pre-sale through delivery. He/she works closely with Business Development, Sales, and other Engineering Units to define technical offerings, estimate costs, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
