As Director of Food & Beverage, you lead the strategic F&B; and culinary operations across Restaurants/Bars, In Room Dining, and Banquets/Events. Reporting to the Executive Committee, you shape departmental and brand service strategies to meet guest needs and drive financial performance. You'll partner with property leadership to deliver ROI, elevate service excellence, and foster a high-performing, engaged team. Responsibilities
- Experience in 5* luxury hotels
- Knowledge of Marriott standards and policies
- Previous managerial experience with demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
