We’re looking for a Program Services Manager (Tour Guide Manager) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and train Tour Guides aligned with our Company Values
- Build and maintain hiring and training plans to support all products’ needs
- Lead Tour Guide meetings and training sessions both in office and on the road
- Create individualized training plans for new Tour Guides
- Support, inspire, and coach the existing Tour Guide team to achieve excellence
- Conduct live coaching via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in person




- Ride along on tours to assess and support on-the-ground performance
- Assign Tour Guides based on performance and operational requirements
- Address underperformance when necessary
- Engage with travelers during tours
- Provide 24/7 emergency support to Tour Guides
- Manage administrative tasks while traveling and in the office
- Review passenger feedback to inform coaching plans
- Deliver weekly reports to Regional Leadership

Qualifications
- Experience in corporate culture–driven hiring and training
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop people to achieve high-quality results
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
- Ability to conduct effective 1:1 communication using feedback models
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Confident public speaking and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to travel as required
