About the Role The candidate will perform as an Electrical Commissioning Technician, operating both onsite and at client locations, with availability for domestic and international travel.
The role involves commissioning large CNC machine tools, providing startup, functional testing, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Initial startup of the plant.
- Commissioning of machine systems, auxiliary parts, and safety equipment.
- Verification of axis and spindle operation with testing and dynamic performance optimization.
- Functional and maintenance training for the end client.
- Automation movement testing without cutting material.

Required Qualifications
- Solid experience with Siemens CNC, especially Sinumerik ONE and 840D Solution Line, and PLC programming in TIA Portal.
- Strong knowledge of electromechanics and industrial electronics.




- Familiarity with common software (Windows, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to read and interpret machine electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Skills in performing small wiring and electrical plant modifications.
- Experience in commissioning drive systems and inverters.
- Knowledge of axis calibration optimization and dynamic behavior analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and goal-driven attitude.
- Capacity for autonomous work organization on site.

Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of FANUC and HEIDENHAIN controls is preferred.
- Good English language proficiency (spoken and written).

Compensation Package
- Applicable collective agreement: Metalmeccanico Industria
- Annual gross salary range: €35,000 - €45,000
