The RoleBusiness Consultant to join our growing business consulting team. In this role, you will support clients in addressing business challenges and contributing to transformation initiatives through data-driven and technology-enabled solutions.Responsibilities
~ Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial analysis and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring the achievement of client-agreed objectives.
~ Apply and adapt project management methodologies (Agile – Scrum, Kanban – and Waterfall) according to project and organizational needs.
~ Plan and coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with financial and scheduling constraints.
~ Gather, analyze, and formalize business and technical requirements, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define effective solutions.
~ Identify and manage project risks, monitoring critical issues and implementing mitigation actions.
~ Support the identification and implementation of technological solutions,



contributing to the definition of the most effective strategies for clients. Requirements
~2–6 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project delivery roles.
~ Familiarity with project lifecycle phases, from requirements analysis to delivery and monitoring.
~ Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or Waterfall.
~ Experience or exposure to project management tools (e.G., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project or similar).
~ Ability to gather and analyze business and functional requirements and contribute to solution definition.
~ Understanding business processes and interest in digital, data-driven, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
~ Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
~ Ability to work effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders, with a level of autonomy aligned with experience.
~ Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
