La Russotti Gestioni Hotels sta cercando un/una Maître, il professionista responsabile della gestione e del buon funzionamento della sala ristorante: il suo lavoro consiste nel garantire un alto standard qualitativo al servizio di ristorazione, tramite una collaborazione costante con il direttore di sala e lo chef, con focus prevalente sulla gestione del servizio colazioni.
Si tratta di un mestiere che presuppone ottime doti organizzative: tra i compiti c’è infatti quello di gestire la brigata di sala, coordinando e supervisionando il lavoro dei camerieri per accertarsi che il lavoro di squadra venga svolto nel migliore dei modi e soddisfi le esigenze della clientela.

Russotti Gestioni Hotels is seeking a Maître, the professional responsible for managing and ensuring the proper functioning of the restaurant dining room.



The role consists in guaranteeing a high-quality dining service through constant collaboration with the Restaurant Manager and the Chef, with a primary focus on supervising and managing the breakfast service.
This position requires excellent organizational and leadership skills: the Maître will oversee the restaurant team, coordinating and supervising the work of the waitstaff to ensure effective teamwork and full customer satisfaction.
Report the outlet’s financial results to the F&B; Manager and Hotel Management
Manage staff scheduling and support the F&B; Manager in cost control activities
Support the Chef and F&B; Manager in monitoring and managing food cost
Possess solid wine knowledge and basic Sommelier skills
Supervise and coordinate the breakfast service, ensuring quality, efficiency and guest satisfaction
Good command of Italian and English (a third language is considered an asset)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Of
