The
Engineering to Manufacturing (E2M) Manager
is responsible for ensuring the seamless transition of products from engineering development into manufacturing. This role acts as a bridge between design engineering and production, ensuring that product designs are optimized for manufacturability, supply chain robustness, and efficient material flow.

The position collaborates closely with engineering teams, supply chain, and regional manufacturing sites to support product industrialization,



dual sourcing strategies, and BOM optimization.

Responsibilities
Manufacturing Readiness & Product Industrialization
- Drive the transition of new products from engineering development into manufacturing.
- Develop and implement tools and processes to support efficient product ramp-up and production readiness.
- Ensure product designs are aligned with manufacturing capabilities and operational requirements.
- Define and manage sub-assembly strategies to reduce overall assembly takt time and improve production throughput.

Dual Sourcing Strategy
- Identify, evaluate, and validate dual sourcing opportunities for critical components.
- Work with supply chain and engineering teams to reduce supply risk and increase sourcing flexibility.

Bill of Materials (BOM) Ownership – Bulk Components
- Own and manage BOM elements related to bulk components.
- Optimize BOM structure to improve material flow
