Role Description
The Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based at Arborina Relais in La Morra. This position is responsible for greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling phone calls and email inquiries, and coordinating reservations and bookings. The Receptionist maintains accurate records, processes payments, and provides information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.



Daily tasks include supporting administrative and clerical activities, collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations, and delivering professional, courteous customer service at all times.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess solid receptionist duties and phone etiquette skills to manage front desk operations and handle calls professionally.
