Psychology Research Internship

Williams & Company is offering an internship for a psychology student to contribute to organisational psychology research.

It’s a flexible, remote role with real growth potential — including the chance to join client visits (including Olympic athletes) and eventually move into a larger tempo parziale or full-time position.

What you’ll do:

Research & Writing
- Write one white paper per month (1,000–2,000 words) on topics in organisational psychology, high performance, leadership, and workplace dynamics.
- Topics are agreed together, with room to bring in your own interests — especially CBT and Positive Psychology applied to the workplace.
- Work with real data, surveys, case studies, and industry trends.
- Published and distributed on LinkedIn to thousands of professionals.

Who we’re looking for:
- Currently studying psychology and interested in growing into a broader, longer-term role with us.
- English level C1 or higher.
