We are searching for a talented, and driven individual to join our Insurance Sales Team. This person will be responsible for prospecting and selling new accounts, as well as servicing existing clients. Duties And Responsibilities
- Generate new clients through cold calls, referrals, networking, and lead generation opportunities
- Preparing prospect fact gathering and required paperwork
- Review information to ensure that the proper coverage is offered
- Presenting proposals at prospect meetings
- Assist in the submission process
- Retaining renewal clients by maintaining relationships throughout the year
- Provide a positive client experience
Qualifications
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently
- Time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Problem solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Obtain Property & Casualty license within 60 days
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Personal computer and mobile technology skills
