Mosaic Conseil is a boutique remote consultancy that functions as a small workshop. We specialize in rebuilding business artifacts one at a time. Whether we are looking at a three year plan, a pricing grid, or a diligence file, we take the document apart on the bench and put it back together based on the evidence found in the invoice ledger. Our process is personal and focused. Every file we produce bears two names: one person who builds the model and one person who argues against it. This ensures that every assumption is tested before a file is closed. We do not work on standing retainers and we do not produce slide decks. Instead, we return the same artifact a client sent, redrawn by hand and supported by a written argument. Our work is handled on paper and backed by a telephone number that we answer for ninety days. We keep our workshop small to ensure that the people who do the work also answer their own phones.
