Skeletal Health business across Europe, we are seeking an ambitious and
commercially driven Sales Manager to lead growth, build strategic customer
partnerships, and drive exceptional performance across Italy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing sales professional with a
strong track record in medical devices or healthcare sales who thrives in a
fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is motivated by delivering
meaningful impact.

As the Sales Manager you will develop, achieve and maintain district business
growth and market share through exceptional sales execution within designated
territory. You will be responsible for coaching. You will manage external sales
agents. You will ensure fast implementation and execution of strategies,
projects, and methods.



You will also be responsible for provision of excellence
in customer relationship management, customer service and support. In this role
you are the effective representative for and positive promotion of the Hologic
brand. You will establish and maintain high level Key Opinion Leader (KOL)
relationships.
