As Italy, Israel and Greece (IIG) IGTD Zone Business Leader , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy and driving sustainable growth across one of Philips’ most strategic businesses in Italy. Reporting into the market leadership team, you will lead a high-performing commercial organization, define and execute market strategies, and foster strong partnerships with customers, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished commercial executive who combines strategic vision with operational excellence and has a proven track record of delivering business growth, leading organizational transformation, and developing high-performing teams.
Location: The role should be ideally based in Milan, and it requires regular travel to customers, Philips offices, and business meetings as required

You are responsible for
- Define and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for the Cardiology portfolio in Italy, Israel, Greece, Cyprus and Malta ensuring alignment with business priorities and commercial objectives.
- Lead successful New Product Introductions (NPIs) by partnering with Business, Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective market launches.
- Build strong partnerships with Business Marketing and Sales leadership to align strategic priorities and accelerate business performance.
- Drive commercial excellence by identifying opportunities to grow market share, improve customer engagement, and achieve sustainable business growth.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, healthcare professionals, and cardiology societies to strengthen Philips’ market position.
