Sports Medicine Products: The Role As Senior Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team across Northern Italy, overseeing both direct resources and indirect sales channels while driving commercial excellence and sustainable growth. Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales performance, developing talent, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across the region.



This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a strong balance of commercial acumen, coaching capability, strategic thinking, and hands-on field leadership.
