We are seeking to take on board a detail-oriented (junior) accountant with
Accounts Payable experience, strong Excel/ERP skills and a sound knowledge of
customs & Intrastat.

Tasks:

* Processing and posting daily supplier invoices and related activities
* Management of customs tariff classification for new products and raw




materials activation, customs support in import and export operations
* Preparation and submission of Intrastat declarations for sales and purchases
* Review and control employee expenses reports
* Support in monthly reporting, VAT settlement and related accounting entries
* Preparation of cash flow files for month-end closing
* Administration of employee meal vouchers
* Monitoring and management of company cars (fuel usage, mileage tracking,
allocation procedures for new vehicles)

Skills:

* Commercial or accounting-related educational background
* 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, ideally gained within structured
companies
* Hands-on experience in accounts payable processes, familiarity with ERP
systems (preferably SAP)
* Experience in customs processes, Intrastat, or logistics administration is a
plus
* Strong command of Italian and English, both written and spoken
