As Director of Services, Western Europe for the Life Sciences Group, you will lead a large, multi-country services organization supporting our Life Sciences businesses across the UK, Germany, France, and Spain. This is a critical senior leadership role with responsibility for business performance, customer experience, organizational effectiveness, and team development within the LSG division.
You will shape and execute the regional services strategy for LSG, strengthen cross-divisional collaboration, and ensure the organization is positioned to deliver faster,



high-quality customer outcomes at lower total cost. Success in this role requires a strong focus on productivity, consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement while supporting growth, profitability, and customer loyalty in the life sciences sector.
A Day in the Life:
- Lead and develop a high-performing, customer-focused LSG services organization across Western Europe
- Establish a strong team culture centered on employee engagement, accountability, development, and inclusion within the Life Sciences Group.
- Coach, mentor, and support people leaders and individual contributors to build organizational capability and succession strength in LSG services.
- Develop and implement strategies, structures, and operating plans that align with regional and LSG divisional priorities.
