We are looking for a Regional Key Account Manager (RKAM) – Aerospace & Defense to support business growth across Europe by managing a portfolio of strategic customers and developing new commercial opportunities within the Aerospace & Defense sector.
This is an active sales role with responsibility for defining and executing customer strategies, strengthening long-term relationships, improving profitability and ensuring excellent customer service and performance.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic, credible and customer-focused professional who can combine strategic thinking with strong commercial execution.
They will demonstrate integrity, sound judgement, excellent relationship-building skills and a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic customers, developing a deep understanding of their needs and priorities.




- Monitor account performance and lead Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Support RFQ processes and the implementation of new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute customer strategies in collaboration with the Regional Sector Lead and European product leaders.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across Contract Logistics, Air & Ocean, Ground and Rail services.
- Lead customer contract negotiations.
- Contribute to the development of a high-performing Business Development organisation, promoting a strong “One Team” approach.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, trade fairs and industry events.
- Manage the Key Account Book of Business and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with annual growth targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of the Aerospace & Defense market
