We are looking for a senior Bid Manager to help ALTEN Italy structure, coordinate and improve its response to strategic Telco opportunities, particularly in transformation, managed services and complex opportunities .

This role is central to closing one of our current gaps: transforming client access and emerging strategic positioning into credible, competitive and better-coordinated proposals .

This is not an administrative bid support role.
It is a high-impact orchestration role requiring commercial intelligence,



rigor, speed, strong writing capability, and the confidence to drive multiple stakeholders toward a winning proposal.

The right candidate will support ALTEN in high-quality strategic processes and actively contributing to the Telco business growth through best practices and methodologies.

Lead and coordinate end-to-end bid processes for strategic Telco opportunities
Work closely with Business Managers, Solution Architects, delivery stakeholders and leadership to structure competitive responses
Support bid qualification and bid / no-bid process
Ensure consistency across technical, commercial, operational and financial proposal components
Improve the quality of executive writing, value proposition articulation and overall proposal packaging
Support to create repeatable bid assets, templates and working methods for complex Telco opportunities
Support cost logic and collaboration with finance
