About the Role:

The Demi Chef de Partie supports the culinary team in preparing and presenting
high‑quality dishes that reflect Four Seasons’ excellence. Working closely with
the Chef de Partie, this role contributes to daily production, maintains
impeccable hygiene and safety standards, and ensures a smooth and efficient
operation within the assigned station.
