Identify educational needs and develop recommendations to improve clinical performance of aesthetic practices through bespoke educational journeys for each HCP, focusing on the AA range of Hyaluronic Acid Fillers and implementation of the MD CodesTM. Support approximately 30 clinics/HCPs aligned with AA strategy. Establish key performance indicators with the HCP to support improved patient outcomes. Focus on Tier 2 & 3 HCPs, with other tiers as needed. Supports Online Education via My Excellence – 10% of the role. Promote and support educational curricula within My Excellence,



an AA-owned platform offering 24/7 education to HCPs to improve clinical knowledge around Hyaluronic Acid Fillers/AA products. Supports AMI Lead in AMI Event Delivery – 20–25% of the role. Assist delivery of key local AMI events, industry conferences, AMI meetings, and MD CodesTM trainings.
