Role Description The FP&A; Analyst will play a key role in supporting the financial planning, forecasting, and analytical processes for the Italy & Greece cluster. The role requires a strong finance background, excellent analytical capability, and the discipline to manage planning cycles, governance requirements, and ad hoc business analysis with accuracy and accountability. This position is best suited to a candidate who is structured, detail-oriented, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven finance environment. The role also requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner with commercial stakeholders while maintaining finance rigor and control. Main Responsibilities Financial Planning, Forecasting, and Performance Analysis Support the cluster planning processes, including Plan, LBE, and LRP, ensuring accurate and timely integration of sales, pricing, and investment assumptions. Prepare high-quality sales reporting, forecasting packages, and key metric analyses at cluster level. Monitor business performance,
identify key trends and variances, and provide clear analytical insight to support decision-making. Work closely with EUCAN Finance and local stakeholders to ensure alignment with calendar deadlines and planning standards. Finance Governance and Controls Support the maintenance of strong finance governance across relevant processes. Review and maintain documentation related to SOX and internal control requirements. Identify gaps or weaknesses in controls and proactively support process improvements. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to respond to audit and compliance requests in a timely and accurate manner. Ad Hoc Analysis and Business Support Provide analytical support on business questions such as product launch scenarios, channel and product mix impacts, and other key commercial drivers.
