For the IMA AUTOMATION Division, we are looking for a MECHANICAL DESIGN
ENGINEER.

IMA AUTOMATION designs and manufactures prototype machines and production lines
for the assembly of components across various application sectors, including
medical devices, automotive, and e-mobility.

JOB SUMMARY

* Design mechanical systems in compliance with project timelines and company




standards; prepare and maintain machine bills of materials (BOMs) and related
documentation according to company procedures.
* Create and update machine or subassembly bills of materials in accordance
with internal processes and guidelines.
* Contribute to the definition of safety requirements and the validation of
machines.
* Collaborate closely with other departments within the division, particularly
Software Engineering, Testing & Commissioning, and Assembly.
* Provide technical support to the After-Sales team for troubleshooting
activities and the implementation of new customer requests.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

* Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Mechanical Technical Diploma
(or equivalent qualification).
* At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design engineering departments
within industrial automation environments.
* Strong knowledge of 3D and 2D CAD systems and PLM management tools.
