Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a passionate and service‐oriented Night Bell Attendant to join our team. As a key ambassador of the hotel during overnight hours, you will create exceptional guest experiences by welcoming late arrivals, assisting with departures, handling luggage, and responding to guest requests with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.
Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours, including room escort and luggage handling.
Act as a key point of contact for guests, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
Support smooth and secure night operations in collaboration with Front Office and Security teams.
Deliver amenities, packages, newspapers, and other guest services as required.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest‐facing areas, including the lobby and luggage storage room.
