Our client is a leading international healthcare technology company specializing in diagnostic solutions used daily by clinics and hospitals worldwide. As part of a global organization, the company is investing in strategic transformation initiatives and is seeking a Project Manager to drive cross-functional projects, support strategy execution, and facilitate organizational change within a dynamic international environment.

Strategic Execution Starts with You

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Drive selected cross-functional transformation projects that support the execution of the Diagnostics strategy.
- Translate strategic priorities into structured project plans, milestones, deliverables, and clear governance.




- Prepare decision material, progress updates, and recommendations that help leaders make timely and informed decisions.
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder dialogues to create alignment and drive progress.
- Support change management efforts related to strategic initiatives, new ways of working, and organizational transformation.

Competenze ed esperienza

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or master's degree in international business, finance, engineering, or a related field.

Several years of experience in a global organization, managing cross-functional projects.

Strong project management skills, experience in strategy execution, and a practical understanding of transformation and change management.

Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience preparing materials for senior leadership and large audiences.
