Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in
the E-Business Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the
following activities:
- Business Performance Monitoring:
* Support daily/weekly/monthly monitoring of sales and main KPIs performance vs
targets and vs last year. Identify insights on trend and performance gaps.
* Support the preparation of business reviews, consolidate data from multiple
sources, assist in preparing presentations for internal stakeholders.
* Analyze product performance (categories, bestseller, etc), monitor
sell-through and stock availability and support the identification of




commercial opportunities.
* Support cross-functional activities with data extraction and ad-hoc analysis.
* Ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Planning (Budgeting and Forecasting):
* Support the definition of the eBusiness sales targets by assisting the
development of the monthly plan at Channel/Region/Full
Price-Markdown/Category level.
* Align with retail Planning team on seasonal planning and OTB development.
* Monitor the buying process, buying spent vs OTB, and ensure deviations are
reflected in the Sales Plan.
- Merchandise Allocation:
* Support the Markdown flow actively managing inventory to maximize sales and
achieve assigned targets

Requirements:

* Excellent analytical skills
* Expert knowledge of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Power Point
* Knowledge of BO, Qlik and SAP is a plus
* Fluency in Italian and English
* Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and
