Job Description:

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Independently draft, review, and negotiate contracts for the sale and purchase of products, services, and equipment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk mitigation principles
Act as a key point of contact for Program Management, Business Development, and Supply Chain on contractual matters, providing guidance on terms and conditions.
Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, corporate policies, and applicable laws, proactively identifying and escalating risks where necessary.
Manage end-to-end export licensing activities, ensuring timely application, approval, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Support Business Development and project teams by integrating trade compliance considerations from early bid stages through project execution
Contribute to Contract Acceptance Reviews, ensuring export control and compliance requirements are properly assessed and addressed.




Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper management of export control requirements related to equipment, technology, and data in line with Italian and international regulations
Prepare and deliver contract and export compliance reports for internal stakeholders and external authorities
Maintain and continuously improve contract and export licence tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and traceability

Essential Functions and Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent
Knowledge of Italian Law 185/90
Excellent English proficiency
Strong communication skills in Italian and English, spoken and written; multi-lingual skills a plus
Approximately two to four (2-4) years of contract management, within International Companies or Commercial/international law firms
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Commitment to work well done, attention to detail, ensuring follow-ups and seeing that schedules are respected
