The Bushings Sales Specialist will manage the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) process for the Bushings product line,



supporting technical and commercial activities from customer inquiry through to quotation submission.
You will join the Global Bushings Sales Team and support Regional Account Managers and the Product Sales Team in delivering competitive, technically sound, and customer-focused proposals. This role combines commercial awareness with technical expertise and plays an important part in defining solutions, coordinating costing and lead times, and ensuring accurate handover into execution phases. Reporting to the Bushings Global Sales Leader , you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Tendering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams in a dynamic multinational environment.
Managing customer inquiries across the full Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) process, from technical definition to costing and price generation.
Supporting Sales Managers with technical input and commercial coordination for customer proposals.
