To support our continued growth in Italy, we are looking for a passionate and
commercially driven Sales Representative (Outdoor Running) to develop the
business across Central & Southern Italy.
How You Will Make a Difference
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sustainable
growth across a portfolio of wholesale accounts while strengthening Altra's
presence within the running and outdoor community.
You will serve as the primary commercial contact for your territory, building
strategic partnerships with retailers,
identifying growth opportunities, and
ensuring outstanding brand execution both in-store and in the local market.
You will turn commercial strategy into strong in-market execution by focusing on
the following key priorities:
* Managing and growing wholesale accounts across Central & Southern Italy.
* Building strong relationships with retailers and key decision-makers.
* Delivering seasonal and annual sales targets in line with Country and EMEA
strategy.
* Executing the seasonal Go-To-Market process, ensuring strong sell-in and
sell-through.
* Identifying new business opportunities and driving profitable account growth.
* Ensuring excellent brand visibility, merchandising, and in-store execution.
* Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to
identify opportunities.
* Supporting local marketing activations, retail events, races, demo days, and
community initiatives.
