Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a Senior Trade Marketing Specialist as part of our team in Milan.

How you will contribute
- Support the line manager in the development and execution of regional marketing plans to enhance in-store visibility and sell-out across channels and brand portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Partner with global teams to adapt strategies to local market needs,



collecting feedback from local teams and ensure specific requests are addressed by with relevant stakeholders to support market growth plans while ensuring brand consistency.
- Contribute in the development and coordination of go-to-market toolkits for new product launches and campaigns, facilitating cross-functional alignment with Brand Management, Communication, Trade Marketing and Training functions.
- Support in overseeing end-to-end trade marketing operations from demand planning, to local productions and distribution tracking to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Monitor the implementation of key regional marketing initiatives, maintaining up-to-date planning documents, calendars, and status reports
- Support the coordination and prioritization of integrated ATL activities (media, social, influencer, PR) in close collaboration with Brand Communication teams.
