For our Milan offices we are searching for a

BI Manager | Carriers and Corporate

to join our BI team. The BI Manager | Carriers and Corporate will be the primary analytical partner to corporate functions and senior leadership, translating complex data into strategic insight to support decision-making across the Fortidia network. The role combines a strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities, with focus on Global Carriers performance and rate positioning, and corporate KPI governance. The BI Manager will directly manage one BI Analyst.
The BI Manager will report to the Data and Carriers Relationships Director.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Global Carriers Analysis: Own the analytical coverage of Global Carriers performance, including volume, cost, margin,



and service level analysis. Build models to support carrier negotiations, rate benchmarking, and strategic evaluation of carrier relationships at global level, leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and scalability of recurring analyses.
- Corporate Analysis: Deliver ad hoc analysis for top management—covering among the others Network, Shipping and Franchise Development areas—to provide timely, actionable insights into core business dynamics and support sustained growth.
- Team Leadership: Directly manage and mentor one BI Analyst, providing technical guidance, structuring analytical work, and ensuring high-quality, rigorous output.
