I’M IN , is the International Graduate Program of Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division , designed for outstanding recent graduates and young professionals who aspire to build a career in Corporate & Investment Banking.

What you’ll be doing
You will join the M&A; team within IMI Corporate & Investment Banking at Intesa Sanpaolo, supporting professionals in origination and execution of extraordinary transactions. You will work on acquisitions, mergers and disposals,



developing financial analysis and valuation skills in a dynamic and international environment.

You will have the opportunity to support the following activities:
- Support the team in market analysis and client needs assessment
- Contribute to structuring hedging and financial solutions
- Support OTC derivatives activities
- Prepare analysis materials and presentations
- Monitor financial markets and macroeconomic trends

Who we are looking for
If you are looking to turn your passion into a career and meet the following requirements, we would be delighted to hear from you:
- 0–1 years of experience, if CIB or in audit is a plus
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related fields
- Knowledge of capital markets
- Knowledge of derivatives
- Knowledge of corporate finance
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- English proficiency (minimum C1)
- Experience in Markets or Investment Banking
