Assisting with the coordination and management of all project phases, including planning, execution, and closeout
Collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project goals and deadlines are met
Assisting in preparing project schedules, budgets, and work plans
Monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and updating project documentation
Supporting procurement efforts, including tracking materials and equipment deliveries
Helping to manage subcontractor performance and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Conducting site visits to aid with inspections, meetings, and quality control activities




Helping to address any issues or changes that arise during construction, ensuring timely resolutions
Preparing and distributing regular project status reports to stakeholders
Aiding with the project financials, including invoice approvals and budget tracking
Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices .
Experience you'll need
A degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in construction, project management, or a similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Ability to use project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
Basic understanding of construction processes, methods, and s
