INTERN REGISTRATION STUDENT SUPPORT

Reporting to the Registration Student Support Supervisor, the Registration
Student Support Intern is responsible for managing all front-office and
back-office administrative and secretarial tasks. The role supports students and
faculty in all activities related to course management and delivery.

The selected candidate will carry out the following activities:

* Support with some of the most important back office and registration
activities such as certificates issue, student’s curricula update, credit
registration, exams check.
* Support in monitoring the students’ requests coming on the different email
accounts dedicated to the student careers and bureaucracy issues (permit of
stay, fiscal code, health insurance, bank account)
* Support with all the didactic activities connected to the final project
presentation: student’s curricula check, print-out banners, final exam
registers, final grades registration, final certificates, and Diploma
supplement generation.

Technical Skills required:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite,



Excel in particular.

BA/MA in Languages, Humanities studies, Administration and/or similar.

B2/C1 level of English.

Good Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus.

Interpersonal Skills:

Customer-oriented, highly motivated, precise, with excellent interpersonal
skills

He/She is a flexible and energetic team player with good interpersonal skills to
interact with the team, didactic departments and students.

CONDITIONS:

6 months full time internship

Expenses reimbursement of 800 EUR gross per month + buoni pasto

Workplace: Milan (MM2 Romolo)
