As a Shopper & Data Analytics Specialist OOH, you will play a key role in deepening the understanding of shopper behavior across Out of Home channels, helping to identify growth opportunities and shape category development strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn shopper insights into actionable recommendations, contributing to the continuous evolution of the consumer experience and commercial performance across different channels and customers.
You will contribute to building a comprehensive understanding of shopper motivations , purchasing drivers, and barriers throughout the path to purchase across indirect channels such as wholesalers, direct channels including bars, restaurants and hotels, as well as mini chains and travel retail customers.



You will analyze shopper behavior and market data to uncover insights that can generate category growth opportunities tailored to specific channels and customers.
You will support the definition of guidelines and activation standards for key retail mix elements within the OOH environment, including point-of-purchase materials and permanent display solutions. You will contribute to assortment development initiatives and support the implementation of Nutella Recipe projects dedicated to OOH channels.
You will collaborate in the design and execution of research plans aimed at understanding shopper behavior, decision-making processes, and channel dynamics. In addition, you will support Category Management projects by facilitating data collection, analysis, and sharing activities, helping to strengthen category development initiatives.
