an Corporate Planning Manager to join the Head Quarter Team in Casole D'Elsa,
Siena (Italy).

The Corporate Planning Manager is responsible for the overall Planning and




Materials Management performance of the Headquarters manufacturing site while
providing functional leadership, governance and strategic direction for Planning
processes across all international operations outside North America.

The role serves as the key link between business strategy and operational
execution, ensuring alignment between commercial demand, production
capabilities, inventory strategies, supplier performance and customer service
objectives.

As owner of the Planning function, the Enterprise Planning Leader drives the
deployment of common planning standards, processes, systems and performance
metrics throughout the organization. The position is accountable for achieving
operational excellence through effective Demand Planning, Production Planning,
Scheduling, Material Planning, Inventory Management and SIOP governance.
