We are looking for a talented and proactive Art director & Graphic designer to support DASS Marketing & Communication team in creating and developing visual content across digital and offline channels.
The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design skills with creative vision, attention to detail and a passion for branding, communication, and storytelling. Beyond technical skills, we are looking for someone who can truly understand and interpret the aesthetic vision, creative direction and cultural sensibility of our DASS Club.
This role requires curiosity, critical thinking, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives that reflect who we are and where we are heading.
You will work closely with a young, talented, and multidisciplinary team of designers, architects, marketers, and project managers, gaining a deep understanding of our Studio, projects, and creative process. You will be involved in the broader life of the studio, gaining direct exposure to projects, collaborations, events, and key moments that shape our work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop visual concepts and creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and communication materials.
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand touch points.
- Design digital and print materials, including event graphics and promotional content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation, brand communication, and campaign execution.
- Support social media communication through static and motion-based content.
- Contribute to the evolution and application of the company’s visual identity.
- Support company events and special projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a similar creative role.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual communication.
- Excellent aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and interpret a defined creative vision and DASS brand language
