Role Mission:
We are looking for a Collection Merchandiser to join our HQ Collection Merchandising Team based in Milan.
You will have the opportunity to join a team focused on different and exciting projects, ensuring the smooth running of all activities.
Your Impact
- Work closely with Product and Design team during the key touch points of the season (sketches, fitting) and throughout the entire collection development phases;
- Review and analyse collection sell-in and sell-out performance to ensure correct reaction of development vs. actual trends/market feedbacks




- Perform ad hoc analysis on competitors (price positioning and product offer);
- Provide support during the Collection briefing definition;
- Control product costs to guarantee price positioning and margin target;
- Support forecast and blind orders;
- Be the main point of contact in developing product training materials for Retail, Wholesale and Internal presentations

Qualifications
The ideal candidate would encompass these points:
- Minimum 3-5 years of previous experience in Collection Merchandising/Product Manager Men’s RTW in fashion and luxury companies;
- Experience in collection development and collaboration with Design and Product departments
- Able to interact with flexibility and diplomacy with different stakeholders;
- Solid product knowledge;
- Experience preferably in menswear in luxury or sportswear retailers;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset to facilitate a cross-functional
