We are looking for an experienced E‑File (E‑Akte)
Consultant / ECM Expert to support large-scale digitalization initiatives in a public sector environment. The role focuses on the design, implementation and rollout of electronic document management systems (E‑Akte), including process optimisation and organisational change support. You will join an international project for a German public sector client, working on digital transformation and implementation of electronic file management solutions.
Your role
- Support implementation and rollout of E‑Akte / ECM solutions (Fabasoft)
- Analyse and optimise document management processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders on digital transformation initiatives
- Contribute to project planning, coordination and execution
- Support change management and user adoption activities
- Prepare documentation and training materials
- Work with Fabasoft eGov‑Suite as the core ECM platform used by the client, supporting doc
